We started Varnitronics because waiting is not a manufacturing step.
Talk to any hardware team in India and you'll hear the same story: the design was ready on Friday, and then — nothing. Days waiting for an emailed quote. Weeks waiting for boards to clear customs. A prototype iteration loop measured in shipping schedules instead of engineering ones.
Varnitronics was founded to close that gap. We're building a PCB manufacturing and electronics manufacturing services company where the quote is instant, the pricing is transparent, the prototype is quick-turn, and the factory is in your time zone — so the speed, precision, and cost that used to mean going overseas is now a courier-day away.
We're new, and we treat that as an advantage: no legacy processes to defend, no paper forms to digitise, no “that's how we've always done it”. Everything — from the online ordering platform to the production floor — was designed this decade, for the way engineers work this decade.

Today: fast-turn fabrication from single-side to 12-layer and flex, SMT/THT assembly, sourcing, box build, and stencils — all quoted online, all trackable from your account.
Next: deeper capability, tighter tolerances, richer online tooling — automated DFM feedback at upload, live order tracking down to the process step, and certifications earned and published as we achieve them, not before. We'd rather under-promise here and let the boards speak.
