The ADC3561, ADC3562, and ADC3563 (ADC356x) are low-noise, ultra-low-power, 16-bit, 10MSPS to 65MSPS high-speed ADCs. These devices achieve low power consumption with a noise spectral density of –158dBFS/Hz, while delivering excellent linearity and dynamic range. The ADC356x devices offer outstanding DC accuracy and IF sampling support, making them well-suited for a wide range of applications. High-speed control loops benefit from low latency with only one clock cycle. The ADC consumes only 122mW at 65MSPS, with power dissipation scaling down rapidly as the sample rate decreases. The ADC356x outputs data via a serial LVDS (SLVDS) interface to minimize digital interconnect count. The device is available in dual-channel, single-channel, and half-channel options. The ADC356x and ADC358x belong to a pin-to-pin compatible family with 16-bit and 18-bit resolution options at various speed grades. These devices are offered in a 40-pin QFN package (5mm × 5mm) and support an industrial operating temperature range of –40°C to +105°C.
