ADIN1111BCPZ

The ADIN1111 is an ultralow power, single-port 10BASE-T1L transceiver designed for industrial Ethernet applications, compliant with the IEEE 802.3cg-2019 Ethernet standard and supporting long-reach, 10 Mbps single-pair Ethernet. The device integrates a media access control interface for direct connection to a variety of host controllers via SPI. This SPI interface enables the use of low-power processors without an integrated MAC, achieving the lowest possible system-level total power consumption. The device is designed for deployment in edge node sensors and field instruments in building, factory, and process automation. The device operates from a single supply rail supporting 1.8V or 3.3V, with compatibility for 1.0V and 2.4V logic levels. Its internal hybrid circuit and termination resistors allow the ADIN1111 to connect directly to the MDI interface. The ADIN1111 integrates voltage supply monitoring and power-on reset circuitry to enhance system-level robustness, and uses 4-wire SPI for communication between the MAC interface and the host processor. The device is available in a 32-lead, 5 mm × 5 mm lead frame chip scale package.
