Overview

The ADS9226 is a 16-bit dual-channel simultaneous-sampling analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with an integrated reference buffer. This device can operate from a single 5V power supply and supports both unipolar and pseudo-differential analog input signals, offering excellent DC and AC specifications. It supports an SPI-compatible serial (enhanced SPI) interface, making it easy to use with a variety of microcontrollers, digital signal processors (DSPs), and field-programmable gate arrays (FPGAs). The device comes in a space-saving 5mm × 5mm VQFN package. The ADS9226 is specified for operation over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
