The ADUM1241ARZ-RL7 digital isolator delivers exceptional performance and reliability, surpassing optocouplers and other digital isolator technologies. This device employs a next-generation intelligent voltage division technology based on capacitive voltage division principles, enabling precise voltage signal transmission across the isolation barrier without modulation or demodulation. Each transmission channel is fully independent, supporting multiple channel direction configurations, with isolation voltage ratings from 1.5kV rms to 5.0kV rms and signal transmission from DC to 600Mbps. The operating voltage range is 3.0V to 5.5V, with support for 3.0V to 5.5V logic level translation. When the input-side supply is unpowered or no input signal is present while the output-side supply remains active, the isolator output defaults to a defined default logic state.
