ADUM1280ARZ-HXY

The ADUM1280ARZ digital isolator delivers outstanding performance and reliability, surpassing optocouplers and other digital isolator technologies. It employs a next-generation intelligent voltage-division technique based on capacitive dividing principles, enabling precise transmission of voltage signals across the isolation barrier without modulation or demodulation. Each transmission channel operates independently, supporting multiple transfer direction configurations, with isolation ratings from 1.5kV rms to 5.0kV rms and signal transmission from DC to 600Mbps. The device supports a 3.0V supply voltage and is compatible with signal level translation across 3.0V to 5.5V. When the input-side supply is unpowered or no input signal is present while the output-side supply remains active, the isolator output defaults to a defined logic level.
