Overview
EMI/RFI noise suppression and transient overvoltage protection integrated in a single component. Suppresses transients caused by sudden current interruption. Protects automotive battery lines against electrical transients per ISO 7637-2 and ISO 16750-2. High capacitance (up to 4.7 μF). Low clamping voltage. RoHS compliant. Suitable for lead-free soldering. PSpice simulation model available. Combination of multilayer RF filter capacitor and multilayer varistor. Coating: flammability rating UL 94 V0, epoxy resin. Terminals: tinned iron wire, RoHS compliant.
