Overview
This product is guaranteed to provide long-term support for the industrial market. The BDxxG0MEFJ-LB is an LDO regulator with an output current of 1.0A. Output accuracy is ±1% of the output voltage. The output voltage can be freely set (from 1.5V to 13.0V) via external resistors. The package type is HTSOP-J8. Built-in overcurrent protection (to protect the IC from output short-circuit damage), a circuit current switch (to set the circuit to 0μA in shutdown mode), and a thermal shutdown circuit (to protect the IC from thermal damage under overload conditions) are included. Ceramic capacitors can be used, contributing to smaller size and longer service life.
