Overview
BDxxIC0MEFJ-M and BDxxIC0VEFJ-M are LDO regulators with 1.0A output current. Output accuracy is ±1% of the output voltage. The output voltage is adjustable (0.8V to 4.5V) via external resistors. Package type is HTSOP-J8. Built-in overcurrent protection (prevents output short-circuit damage to the IC), circuit current switch (sets circuit current to 0μA in shutdown mode), and thermal shutdown circuit (prevents IC damage from overheating due to overload). Compatible with ceramic capacitors, contributing to smaller size and longer lifespan.
