Overview
BL113 is a low-voltage DC motor driver IC designed specifically for low-voltage operating systems. It integrates 4 low-resistance MOSFETs and supports forward, reverse, brake, and stop functions. BL113 features protection circuitry: when an output short circuit occurs, the output current rises instantaneously, causing a sharp increase in power dissipation and a rapid rise in chip temperature. Once the chip temperature exceeds the maximum threshold set by the internal thermal protection circuit, the internal circuitry shuts down the built-in power switches to cut off the load current.
