Overview
The BVRA0805 series low-voltage multilayer varistors are designed for automotive circuits requiring surge protection. Thanks to improved energy volume distribution and power dissipation, this series offers excellent transient energy absorption capability. The BVRA0805 series operates over a voltage range of 5.5 ~ 45 VDC. BVRA series varistors are commonly used for board-level protection of ICs and other components.
