CD4041UBPWR

CD4041UB is a quad true/complement buffer composed of n-channel and p-channel cells, featuring low channel resistance and high source and sink current capability. The CD4041UB can be used as a buffer, line driver, or CMOS-to-TTL driver. It serves as an ultra-low-power resistor network driver for A/D and D/A conversion, and as a transmission line driver, suitable for applications where high noise immunity and low power consumption are primary design requirements. The CD4041UB is available in multiple package options: 14-pin hermetic ceramic DIP (suffix F3A), 14-pin plastic DIP (suffix E), 14-pin small outline package (suffix M, MT, M96, NSR), and 14-pin thin shrink small outline package (suffix PW, PWR).
