This product specification applies to multilayer ceramic chip capacitors. Tape and reel packaging is currently the most common packaging method. A reel with a diameter of 180mm (7") can contain 1,000 to 20,000 capacitors, and custom reel packaging is also available upon customer request. Under standard conditions, Φ180mm (7") reels are used for packaging, with 5 reels per box and 12 boxes per carton. Quantities less than a full box are packaged separately in a smaller box; custom packaging arrangements are also available upon request. During use, the top tape (film) should be peeled at a speed of 300±10mm/min, at an angle of 165°~180°, with a peel strength of 0.1N~0.7N (10g.f ≤ peel force ≤ 70g.f). The packaged products are suitable for transportation by modern vehicles; during transit, protection against rain, acid, and alkali corrosion is required, and the products must not be thrown or subjected to heavy compression. The shelf life for ensuring good solderability is one year from the date of manufacture. Do not open the tape carrier prior to use (when delivered in sealed packaging); once the tape carrier is opened, the products should be used within three months. Storage temperature: 0℃~35℃; storage relative humidity: <70%. MLCCs used in harsh operating environments beyond the operating frequency ranges specified in this approval sheet or related documentation, or subjected to excessive external mechanical stress, may experience short circuits, open circuits, smoke emission, burning, or even explosion. Therefore, during use, the relevant instructions in this approval sheet should be followed first; if there is any uncertainty, please contact the Technical, Quality Control, or Production Department. Manual soldering with a soldering iron can easily cause micro-cracks or localized fractures in the ceramic body due to uneven local heating. Therefore, careful operation is essential when hand soldering with a soldering iron, and particular attention should be paid to the selection of the soldering iron tip and control of the tip temperature.
