CY74FCT2541ATSOC

The CY74FCT2541T is an octal buffer and line driver designed for use as memory address drivers, clock drivers, and bus-oriented transceivers. On-chip termination resistors at the outputs reduce system noise caused by reflections. The CY74FCT2541T offers speeds comparable to bipolar logic counterparts while reducing power consumption. Input and output levels interface directly with TTL and CMOS devices without external components. The device is fully specified for partial power-down applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuit disables the outputs to prevent damaging backflow current when the device is powered down.
