DRV11873PWPR

The DRV11873 is a three-phase sensorless motor driver with integrated power MOSFETs, capable of delivering a continuous drive current of up to 1.5A and a peak drive current of up to 2A. It is specifically designed for fan motor drive applications, featuring low noise and requiring a small number of external components. It has built-in overcurrent protection, eliminating the need for an external current-sensing resistor. The synchronous rectification operation mode can improve the efficiency of motor driver applications. It outputs FG and RD through open-drain outputs to indicate the motor status. It implements a 150° sensorless back electromotive force (BEMF) control scheme suitable for three-phase motors. It comes in a high-efficiency thermal 16-pin TSSOP package. The rated operating temperature ranges from -40°C to 125°C.
