Overview
DRV8837DSGR-MS is a low-voltage DC motor driver IC. It integrates an H-bridge N-channel MOS switch with a typical on-resistance of 650mΩ (high-side + low-side), supporting an input voltage range of 1.8V to 11V. Peak current capability reaches 1.5A, with support for ultra-low power sleep mode; built-in UVLO, thermal shutdown, and overcurrent protection circuits. This device is suitable for cameras, toys, and consumer products.
