Overview
This device is based on proprietary technology, achieving best-in-class V_F/I_R tradeoff for a given silicon area. This 100V rectifier is optimized for enclosed enclosure applications where both efficiency and thermal performance are critical. The dependence of leakage current (I_R) and forward voltage (V_F) on temperature is low, reducing the risk of thermal runaway. As a result, it can serve as a drop-in replacement for 100V Schottky diodes.
