The FH52C improves connection reliability through its CIC positioning mechanism and provides secure, unlock-resistant connections with its uniquely robust design.
• Contact shape minimizing carbon scratching: Increased R-value in the contact area minimizes carbon scratching on the CIC compared to conventional products.
• Flip-lock for simplified operation: The flip-lock features a one-touch rotation design that simplifies the CIC connection process with less required force. A clear tactile click is produced upon locking, providing more reliable connection compared to existing products such as the FH12 horizontal-mount type.
• High CIC retention force: Tab-equipped CIC increases retention force in the horizontal direction.
• Compatible with standard 0.3mm-thick CIC: Supports standard 0.3mm-thickness CIC, which offers ease of manufacture and excellent insertion performance.
• No pattern exclusion zone: The connector bottom features an overmolded design that is fully enclosed to eliminate contact exposure, removing PCB pattern restrictions and enhancing board design flexibility.
• Halogen-free: All materials and substances used in manufacturing this product comply with halogen-free standards as defined by IEC 61249-2-21. Bromine content does not exceed 900ppm, chlorine content does not exceed 900ppm, and total bromine and chlorine content does not exceed 1500ppm.
• Supports automated placement: Packaged in reel tape suitable for automated machine placement, with 3000 units per reel.
• 500-unit reel packaging option available: While the standard packaging is 3000 units per reel, the FH52C also offers a smaller packaging option of 500 units per reel with a reel outer diameter of φ180mm.
