Overview
The HG65HVD230 is an interface between a CAN protocol controller and the physical bus. It is primarily designed for high-speed automotive applications at rates up to 1 Mbaud. The HG65HVD230 provides differential transmit capability to the bus and differential receive capability to the CAN controller. The HG65HVD230 features excellent EMC performance and ideal passive behavior in an unpowered state, along with low-power management and remote wake-up capability.
