Overview
The INA21X is a zero-drift, bidirectional current-sense amplifier operating from a 2.7V to 30V single supply, capable of sensing the voltage drop across a shunt resistor over a common-mode voltage range of -0.2V to 30V. The device is primarily used for high-side and low-side current sensing, as well as battery charging and power management systems. The family offers six fixed-gain options: 50V/V, 75V/V, 100V/V, 200V/V, 500V/V, and 1000V/V. The circuit employs a zero-drift architecture with low offset voltage. Under typical conditions, the INA21X draws a quiescent supply current of 110µA.
