ISO7220ADRG4-HXY

The ISO7220ADRG4 digital isolator delivers outstanding performance characteristics and reliability, surpassing optocouplers and other digital isolator technologies. It employs a next-generation intelligent voltage-division technique based on capacitive coupling principles, enabling precise transmission of voltage signals across the isolation barrier without modulation or demodulation. Each transmission channel operates independently, supporting multiple channel-direction configurations, with isolation voltage ratings from 1.5kV rms to 5.0kV rms and signal transmission from DC to 600Mbps. The device supports a 3.0V supply voltage and provides signal level shifting between 3.0V and 5.5V. When the input-side supply is unpowered or no input signal is present while the output-side supply is active, the isolator output defaults to a defined default logic level.
