ISO7810DWR

The 7810ISO is a high-performance single-channel digital isolator with an isolation voltage up to 8000 V_PK. The device is certified for enhanced isolation in compliance with VDE, CSA, and CQC standards. When isolating CMOS or LVCMOS digital I/O, this isolator provides high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions with low power consumption. The logic input and output buffers of each isolation channel are separated by a silicon dioxide (SiO₂) insulation barrier. In the event of input power or signal loss, the ISO7810 device defaults to a logic-high output, while the ISO7810F device defaults to a logic-low output. When used with an isolated power supply, this device prevents noise currents on data buses or other circuits from entering the local ground and interfering with or damaging sensitive circuits. Through innovative chip design and layout techniques, the EMC performance of the ISO7810 is significantly enhanced, ensuring system-level ESD, EFT, and surge protection while meeting emissions standards. The ISO7810 is available in a 16-pin wide-body SOIC (DW) package.
