This IC is a full-bridge driver for motor control applications, fabricated using Multipower-BCD technology, which integrates isolated DMOS power transistors with CMOS and bipolar circuits on the same chip. By leveraging this mixed technology, the logic circuitry and power stage are optimized for enhanced performance. The DMOS output transistors operate at supply voltages up to 42V and deliver efficient operation at high switching speeds. All logic inputs are compatible with TTL, CMOS, and µC. Each channel (half-bridge) of the device is controlled by a separate logic input, while a common enable controls both channels. The IC is available in three different package options.
