Overview
L9110-C provides an integrated motor driver solution for consumer products, toys, and other low-voltage or battery-powered motion control applications. The device is capable of driving a DC brushless motor, featuring an internal charge pump to generate the required gate drive voltage and an H-bridge composed of four power NMOS transistors, with integrated forward/reverse/stop/brake functions. The L9110-C supports a maximum operating voltage of 12.0V, continuous current of 1.2A, and peak current of 2.0A. It also integrates protection features including over-temperature protection and under-voltage lockout (UVLO). The L9110-C features a PWM (INA/INB) input interface, compatible with industry-standard devices.
