LDQ40PU33R

LDQ40 is a high-precision voltage regulator capable of delivering 250 mA of output current. The device is available in SOT23-5L and DFN 2x2 6L packages for maximum space savings. Stability is achieved with a small ceramic capacitor at the output. Its low dropout voltage, low quiescent current, and short-circuit protection make it well suited for low-power battery-operated applications. An enable logic control function allows the LDQ40 to be placed in shutdown mode, reducing total current consumption to below 0.3 μA. The device also incorporates thermal protection.
