Overview

LKSM5003NBI integrates a high-voltage pre-driver and a high-performance MOSFET. LKSM5003NB integrates a Bootstrap diode and a high-performance MOSFET. Used together, LKSM5003NBI and LKSM5003NB form a half-bridge power module suitable for DC brushless BLDC motors and permanent magnet synchronous PMSM motors. The source of the MOSFET in LKSM5003NB can be used for current sensing. The input features a Schmitt trigger and is logic-level compatible with 3.3V/5V/15V. LKSM5003NBI is available in an HSOP7 package. LKSM5003NB is available in an ESSOP6 package.
