LMZ10503TZ-ADJ/NOPB

The LMZ10503 power module is a complete and easy-to-use DC/DC solution that can drive loads up to 3A. It features excellent power conversion efficiency, output voltage accuracy, and line and load regulation performance. The LMZ10503 uses an innovative package that improves heat dissipation performance and supports manual or machine soldering. The input voltage rail of the LMZ10503 ranges from 2.95V to 5.5V, providing a highly accurate adjustable output voltage as low as 0.8V. The fixed frequency of the PWM switch is 1MHz, ensuring predictability of EMI characteristics. Two external compensation components are adjusted to set the fastest response time and allow the selection of ceramic and/or electrolytic output capacitors. An externally programmable soft-start capacitor facilitates control of the startup process. The LMZ10503 is a stable and reliable solution with the following features: lossless cycle-by-cycle peak current limit for protection against overcurrent or short-circuit faults, thermal shutdown, input under-voltage lockout, and pre-biased startup.
