LMZ10504TZE-ADJ/NOPB

The LMZ10504 power module is a complete and easy-to-use DC/DC solution capable of driving loads up to 4A. It features excellent power conversion efficiency, output voltage accuracy, and line and load regulation performance. With an innovative package, it can improve heat dissipation performance and support manual or machine soldering. The input voltage rail ranges from 2.95V to 5.5V, and it provides a highly accurate adjustable output voltage as low as 0.8V. The fixed frequency of the PWM switch is 1MHz, ensuring predictability of EMI characteristics. Two external compensation components are adjusted to set the fastest response time and allow the selection of ceramic or electrolytic output capacitors. An externally programmable soft-start capacitor facilitates control of the startup process. It is a stable and reliable solution with the following features: lossless cycle-by-cycle peak current limit for protection against overcurrent or short-circuit faults, thermal shutdown, input under-voltage lockout, and pre-biased startup.
