Overview
The LN1132 series are positive-voltage LDO regulators developed using CMOS technology, featuring high-accuracy output voltage and low quiescent current. The built-in low on-resistance transistor enables low dropout voltage and high output current capability. To prevent the load current from exceeding the output transistor's current rating, overcurrent protection and short-circuit protection circuits are integrated. In addition, the use of compact packages such as SOT-23-3 and SOT89-3 allows for high-density mounting.
