LTM8027EV#PBF

The LTM8027 is a complete 4A DC/DC step-down power supply. The package integrates a switching controller, power switches, inductor, and all supporting components. It operates over a 4.5V to 60V input voltage range (minimum start-up voltage of 7.5V), supports output voltages up to 24V, and a switching frequency range of 100kHz to 500kHz (each set by a single resistor). A complete design requires only bulk input and output filter capacitors. The low-profile package (only 4.32mm height) allows use of unused space on the bottom of the PC board for high-density point-of-load regulation. The built-in soft-start timer is adjustable via a small capacitor. The LTM8027 is housed in a thermally enhanced, compact (15mm × 15mm), low-profile (only 4.32mm height) overmolded LGA package suitable for automated assembly using standard SMT equipment. The LTM8027 is lead-free and RoHS compliant.
