- AutoShutdown™ powers down the device between conversions, reducing supply current to less than 1μA at low throughput rates
- MAX1136/MAX1137: 4 analog input channels; MAX1138/MAX1139: 12 analog input channels
- Fully differential analog inputs software-configurable for unipolar or bipolar, single-ended or differential operation
- Full-scale analog input range set by internal reference or externally applied reference voltage from 1V to VDD
- MAX1137/MAX1139: 2.048V internal reference; MAX1136/MAX1138: 4.096V internal reference
- MAX1136/MAX1137 in 8-pin μMAX package; MAX1138/MAX1139 in 16-pin QSOP package
- Guaranteed operation over extended temperature range (-40°C to +85°C)
