Overview
MAX3232ESE is an RS-232 compliant dual driver/receiver operating from a single supply voltage. Its transmitters generate bipolar output voltages across four 1.0μF external capacitors via an integrated charge pump voltage doubler. The device is designed for modern high-performance computing systems and high-speed electronic equipment requiring reliable data exchange between remote nodes. Input voltage levels are compatible with standard CMOS and TTL logic levels.
