Overview
MS7014S2G is an overvoltage protection IC integrating a high-side power MOSFET, featuring an adjustable overvoltage protection threshold voltage. When the input voltage exceeds the set threshold, the IC turns off the internal high-side FET to protect downstream loads. The maximum voltage rating is 36V. When the FB pin is left floating or connected to ground, the internal default overvoltage protection threshold is 6.1V. This threshold voltage can also be adjusted within the range of 4.0V to 15V via the voltage divider ratio of external resistors R1 and R2. The IC also integrates an overtemperature protection function to monitor and protect the chip from thermal damage. This product is available in a halogen-free, RoHS-compliant SOT-23-6 package.
