Overview
The QN6206 series are high-precision, low-power, high-voltage, positive voltage regulators fabricated using CMOS and laser trimming technology. This series delivers high output current while significantly reducing dropout voltage. The series is compatible with low-ESR ceramic capacitors. The foldback circuit of the current limiter also serves as an output current limiter and protection circuit for the output pin.
