SI8600AC-B-IS-HXY

The SI8600AC-B-IS is a low-power, bidirectional isolator compatible with the I2C interface. These devices use a silicon dioxide isolation barrier to separate logic input and output buffers. They block high voltages and prevent noise currents from entering the control-side ground, thereby avoiding circuit interference and protecting sensitive components. Based on iDivider technology, the device offers advantages over optocouplers in functionality, performance, size, and power consumption. The SI8600AC-B-IS provides two bidirectional channels supporting a complete isolated I2C interface, suitable for single-master applications. The device features independent 3.0V supplies on each side of the isolator and supports DC to 2 MHz operation over an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
