Overview
ST202XXX-TD is a dual driver/receiver compliant with RS-232 standard, operating from a single supply voltage. The bipolar output voltage of its transmitter is generated by a built-in voltage multiplier based on four external 1.0 μF capacitors. This device is designed for modern high-performance computing systems and high-speed electronic equipment requiring highly reliable information exchange between remote objects. Its input voltage levels are compatible with standard CMOS and TTL levels.
