STPS30M100DJF is a power Schottky rectifier optimized for switch-mode power supplies and high-frequency DC/DC converters. Housed in a PowerFLAT™ package, the device is suitable for adapters requiring good efficiency under both light and heavy load conditions. Its low-profile design is especially suited for space-constrained applications. Conduction losses can be evaluated using the following formula: P = 0.65×I_F(AV) + 0.00267×I_F²(RMS).
