Overview
This 4A, 650V SiC diode is a high-performance power Schottky diode fabricated on a silicon carbide substrate. The wide bandgap material enables a Schottky diode structure rated at 650V. Due to the Schottky structure, there is no recovery phenomenon at turn-off, and ringing is negligible. The minimal capacitive turn-off behavior is independent of temperature. The STPSC4H065DLF is housed in a PowerFLAT8x8 HV low-profile package, delivering a combination of low forward voltage drop and high surge capability in space-constrained environments such as telecom and networking, industrial, or renewable energy applications.
