Overview
This 5A, 600V ultrafast diode is particularly suited for use as a boost diode in continuous mode power factor correction and under hard-switching conditions. The STTH5R06-Y can also be used as a freewheeling diode in power supplies and other power switching applications. Available in D²PAK and DPAK packages. The epoxy of the D²PAK package complies with UL94 V0, with conduction (C) cooling.
