Single fast-recovery epitaxial diode for switch-mode power supplies and high-frequency DC/DC converters. Available in TO-220AC or D2PAK package, particularly suited for secondary rectification. Conduction loss can be evaluated using the following formula: P = 0.75 × I_F(AV) + 0.031 × I_F²(RMS).
