Overview

KEMET T499 is a high-temperature product that delivers optimal performance characteristics in applications with operating temperatures up to 175°C. Advanced materials and testing enable this series to achieve a reliability level of 0.5%/1000 hours at rated voltage and temperature. The T499 AUTO meets Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) 1 per J STD 020, with unlimited floor life at ≤30°C/85% RH. The T499 AUTO is available in five standard EIA case sizes with RoHS-compliant terminations as standard.

Applications

Typical applications include decoupling and filtering in industrial and automotive end applications, such as DC/DC converters operating at temperatures up to 175°C, portable electronics, telecommunications, and control units.
