TCR3LM18A,RF

The TCR3LM series are CMOS general-purpose single-output regulators with switching control input, featuring ultra-low quiescent current. These regulators provide fixed output voltages from 0.8 V to 5.0 V and are capable of driving loads up to 300 mA. They integrate overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, and automatic discharge functions. The series adopts an ultra-compact plastic DFN4D package (dimensions: 1.0 mm × 1.0 mm; typical thickness 0.37 mm) with low quiescent current characteristics (typical quiescent current of 1.2 μA at 0 mA output current). Since the TCR3LM series can use ceramic input and output capacitors as small as 0.47 μF, it is well suited for handheld devices requiring high-density PCB assembly, such as mobile phones.
