Overview
TLV1117 is a positive low-dropout regulator capable of providing up to 800 mA of output current. The device is available in 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, 5V, and adjustable output voltage options. All internal circuitry is designed to operate with an input/output differential as low as 1V. The maximum rated dropout voltage is 1.3V at 800 mA, which decreases at lower load currents.
