TLV3544IPWR

The TLV3541, TLV3542, and TLV3544 are single, dual, and quad low-power (5.2mA per channel), high-speed, unity-gain stable, rail-to-rail input/output op amps designed for video and other applications requiring wide bandwidth. These devices consume only 6.5mA (maximum) supply current, with a gain bandwidth of 200MHz, slew rate of 150V/μs, and low input noise of 7.5nV/√Hz at f = 1MHz. This combination of high bandwidth, high slew rate, and low noise makes the TLV354x series suitable for low-voltage, high-speed signal conditioning systems. The TLV354x series op amps are optimized for single or dual supply operation from 2.5V (±1.25V) to 5.5V (±2.75V). The common-mode input range extends beyond the supply rails. Output swing is within 100mV of the supply rails, supporting a wide dynamic range. The TLV354x devices are rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The TLV354x series can serve as drop-in replacements for a variety of cost-effective wide-bandwidth op amps.
