Overview
The TLV431BQDBZR IC is a low-voltage three-terminal adjustable voltage regulator with guaranteed thermal stability across the entire operating range. The device features sharp turn-on characteristics, low temperature drift, and low output impedance, making it an ideal replacement for Zener diodes in applications such as switching power supplies, chargers, motherboards, and other adjustable voltage regulators. With two external resistors, the output voltage can be set to any value between 1.24V and 18V. The TLV431BQDBZR precision reference offers two bandgap tolerance options: 0.5%. The IC is available in a SOT-23-3 package.
