The TLV775 is a small, low-dropout (LDO) linear regulator capable of delivering 500mA output current. This LDO is designed to provide a voltage source with high power supply ripple rejection (PSRR). The device also offers load and line transient performance to meet a wide range of circuit requirements. With an input voltage range of 1.5V to 5.5V and an output voltage range of 0.6V to 3.3V, the TLV775 offers flexibility across a variety of applications. The TLV775 features an integrated soft-start circuit to prevent excessive inrush current, minimizing input voltage drop during startup. An active pulldown circuit rapidly discharges the output when the LDO is disabled and provides a defined startup state. The EN input allows an external logic signal to enable or disable the regulated output. This LDO operates stably with small ceramic capacitors, enabling a compact overall solution size. The operating junction temperature range is −40°C to +125°C. This LDO is available in a standard 2.9mm × 2.8mm SOT-23 (DBV) package.
