TLV7A03 is an ultra-small, ultra-low quiescent current, low-dropout (LDO) linear regulator capable of sourcing 200mA with excellent transient performance. With an ultra-low IQ of 250nA, the TLV7A03 is designed for applications where ultra-low quiescent current is a critical parameter. This device maintains low IQ consumption even in dropout mode, further extending battery life. In shutdown or disabled mode, the device consumes only 3nA IQ, helping to extend battery shelf life. The TLV7A03 output range of 0.8V to 5.0V in 50mV steps supports lower core voltages for modern MCUs. The TLV7A03 features a smart enable input circuit with an internal pull-down resistor that keeps the LDO disabled even when the EN pin is left floating. This circuit also helps significantly reduce the external components needed to pull down the EN pin, and helps minimize current consumption through the external pull-down circuit when the device is enabled. The TLV7A03 is rated for an operating temperature range of -40℃ to +125℃.
