The TLV915x-Q1 family is a 16V general-purpose automotive operational amplifier series. These devices offer excellent DC accuracy and AC performance, including rail-to-rail output, low offset voltage (±125μV, typical), low temperature drift (±0.3μV/°C, typical), and 4.5MHz bandwidth. Convenient features such as wide differential input voltage range, high output current (±75mA), high slew rate (21V/μs), and low noise (10.8nV/√Hz) make the TLV915x-Q1 a powerful low-noise op amp for automotive applications. The TLV915x-Q1 series op amps are available in standard packages and are rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
