The TLV935x-Q1 series is a 40V cost-optimized automotive operational amplifier series. These devices feature excellent DC and AC specifications, including rail-to-rail output, low offset voltage (±350μV typical), low temperature drift (±1.5μV/°C typical), and a 3.5MHz bandwidth. The TLV935x-Q1 has unique characteristics such as a differential input voltage range across the supply rails, high output current (±60mA), and a high slew rate (20V/µs). It is a stable and reliable operational amplifier suitable for high-voltage cost-sensitive applications. The TLV935x-Q1 series operational amplifiers come in standard packages and are rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
