TPC6200SQ-VS2R-S

TPC6200SQ is a 24-bit Σ-Δ ADC designed for high-precision, low-power measurements. The device integrates an internal programmable gain amplifier, voltage reference, oscillator, digital filter, and temperature sensor. It supports a wide supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V. The data rate of the TPC6200SQ is configurable from 64 SPS to 32 kSPS. The PGA provides an input range from ±256 mV to ±6.144 V, with analog input negative voltage as low as -128 mV, enabling high-precision measurement of both positive and negative signals. The integrated input multiplexer supports two differential pairs or four independent single-ended inputs. The internal temperature sensor can be used for general temperature monitoring or thermocouple cold-junction compensation. The TPC6200SQ can be configured for single-shot or continuous conversion mode. Single-shot conversion mode features automatic power-down after conversion, making it suitable for low-power applications. The digital interface supports communication with various host controllers via an SPI-compatible serial interface. The TPC6200SQ is available in an MSOP10 package with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
